Yoga Therapy
Movement and flexibility are key elements to a healthy mind/body connection.
You can participate in individual sessions, couples sessions, or join a class to
accomplish a variety of goals. Instructors offer sessions in collaboration with our mental
health providers to provide trauma informed movement for healing. Sessions are
offered available to individuals to provide education on posture, muscle healing, core
strength and releasing pain through movement. Strength through stretch and meditation
on Scripture is a highly sought after benefit that is specifically offered by our Mind BodySoul Yoga instructor.
